Disclosure of FOIA Documents

To assist the Peltier legal team, please promote disclosure of the thousands of documents on Leonard's case still being withheld by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Contact members of Congress responsible for Freedom of Information Act & government information policy. Send them the message that public hearings should take place & documents still withheld by the FBI must be released. These documents are over 25 years old & are considered historically significant. In 2002, Congressman Barney Frank arranged for the release of selected documents for this very reason. However, thousands more documents -- some of which may contain new evidence that may exonerate Leonard -- remain to be released. These remaining documents must be released to the public without delay.
